WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES :

• At least 18 months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment, with 12+ months of store management responsibility.
• Good understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management, and strong training skills. Degree in management preferred. Analytical skills to maximize store profitability.

• Decision-making skills.
• Ability to understand and respond to store needs.
• Time management skills.
