Responsibilities

As HR generalist supporting the HR Manager, you can have a taste of the HR world at 360°, taking care of the correct deployment of HR processes across countries, with the opportunity to work on special projects to enhance well-being and employee engagement.

  • Coordinate the deployment of HR processes in the countries (performance management, incentives, talent management)
  • Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting both internal and external recruitment activities in the countries (job descriptions and postings, recruiting governance)
  • Gain practical experience in HR operations, contributing to the creation and analysis of HR reports and dashboards
  • Oversee the management of HR tools and platforms (e.g. Workday)
  • Play a role in shaping employee experience by assisting with the onboarding process for new hires and responding to employee queries
  • Participate in Performance Review and Salary Review processes
  • Help the HR team to evaluate and enhance existing HR processes
Qualifications
  • Graduated in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
