We are currently looking for a Solution Architect with German. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping complex services opportunities with a global reach. Your responsibilities will include assembling deal teams, interfacing between various functions, and ensuring compliance throughout the bid process. This position requires not only technical acumen but also strong communication skills to foster relationships with stakeholders and lead critical initiatives that drive customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities
  • Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings.
  • Assess customer’s business and technical needs in their printing environment.
  • Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using portfolio components and validate delivery requirements.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements while remaining price competitive.
  • Document deal assumptions, costing, pricing, and contractual documents.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure execution of initiatives.
  • Meet Sales team Turn-around-Time and win rate to secure engagement success.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities and build customer loyalty.
  • Maintain communications with customer’s executive management to drive deal closing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master degree.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in technical or consultative selling.
  • Experience in industry desired.
  • Experience in a virtual team environment.
  • Fluent in English; German language knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent soft skills for tailored communication with diverse customer management levels.
  • Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of product portfolio and internal processes.
  • Ability to resolve common and complex business issues within established guidelines.
