WHO WE ARE

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities. You will have the opportunity to define architecture and validate solution/system/subsystem; lead design; work with Project Manager and guide teams on technical matters; guide overall and detailed design standards; define architectures of various projects; participate in subsystem validation; Manage validation of entire system; Ensure implemented solutions follow defined architecture; Lead activities for quality standards compliance.
• Technologies. You will work in a team using one or more of following Programming Languages: Java / J2EE / Microservices / Rust / Go for backend development; relational and non-relational databases; Big Data Technologies (HDFS and MapReduce); Cloud Platforms (Azure and/or AWS); Container Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm); Event Streaming (e.g., Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis); UX Frameworks; Cyber Security; Edge Computing and IoT; Version Control on GitHub (issues, project management); Documentation Tools (Markdown + Material); Project Management Tools (Atlassian Confluence, Jira and/or Github); Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, Teams).
• Team work. You will collaborate in agile scrum team and lead development teams.

The position is also available in Milan, Turin and Bologna.

• Academic background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Valuable expertise. You have relevant certifications (e.g., CIoTA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect); in-depth knowledge of architectural platforms, principles, components, and patterns; Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects; Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Nice to have. You have previous experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines); Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques; Contributions to open-source projects or industry conferences; Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards in software development.
• Soft skills. You have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, proactive, consistently seeks to learn and adopt best practices, and stays up to date with emerging technologies. You have strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
