Your mission

Please note: this position requires relocation to Genoa.

• Create and publish engaging content on our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok and Youtube) in line with the company's marketing strategy.
• Monitor engagement on social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that promote our products and services.
• Guarantee a correct execution of the Editorial Calendar.
• Help to increase the visibility of Social Media content from an organic and paid perspective.
• Manage a community of creators involved in content creation for our social media accounts (organic and paid).
• Work diligently to define and maintain a publication's style, tone of voice, editorial guidelines and publishing requirements.
• Be updated on current wellness trends and opportunities relevant for social media.

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team at Buddyfit. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, creative, and fitness-loving person with a good understanding of social media and industry trends.

• Student orgraduate inmarketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (B2 +)
• Good creative abilities: you can turn an idea into a post in a matter of minutes, guiding others to produce the results you envisioned (video editors, copy, specialists)
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Passion for fitness and interest in industry trends
• Previous social media or marketing experience will be considered as a plus
