A consultancy firm in Italy is seeking non-key experts for a project involving EU funding mechanisms and education finance. Candidates must possess at least a Master's degree and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in education finance and lifelong learning schemes. Fluency in both English and Italian is required. This is a 15-month position starting from December 1, 2025, with responsibilities focused on supporting the project implementation. NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date: 1 December 2025.

Duration: 15 months
