About the position

Join us as a Shoowroom Sales & Design Consultant and work with the premium brand, Bang & Olufsen. Be part of our dynamic sales team and help us deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments to our customers in our Flagship B&O Store - the world of high-quality sound and sophisticated design.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Consultative Sales: Deliver a premium customer experience through personalized consultations, identifying client needs and offering tailored B&O solutions.
  • Adopt a Proactive Sales Approach: Actively engage new customers and drive sales of B&O’s “Staged” products by showcasing the brand’s unique value and lifestyle integration.
  • Collaborate with Interior Designers and Architects: Build and maintain strong relationships with design professionals. Provide expert guidance on incorporating B&O products into residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology and aesthetics.
  • Develop Expert-Level Product Knowledge: Attain deep understanding of B&O and complementary products. Apply best-in-class sales techniques and solution-based selling to meet customer expectations and project requirements.
  • Comply with Corporate Standards: Uphold B&O’s brand standards in all aspects of showroom presentation, customer interaction, and operational procedures.
Qualifications and skills
  • Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
  • Experience is selling premium or luxury goods
  • Fluent Italian & English
