What You'll Do

• Service, repair, and improve: Using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
• Driven: Complete repairs efficiently and strive to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.
• Become proficient to perform most common repairs and some complex repairs independently.
• Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time; inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery.
• Collaborate: Work across teams (local and regional) sharing support and best practices to improve the service experience.
• Develop: Our dedicated in-house training teams offer a blended learning strategy to develop your technical skills. Share your knowledge with the team to help drive the group forward.

What You'll Bring

• Technically experienced: Professional experience in vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
• Technically qualified: Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Lithuania. Self-manage your technical skill development.
• A good communicator: Proficient in spoken and written English, able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Safe to drive: Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible: Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
• Willing to travel if needed.
