Un rinomato studio di architettura cerca un Senior Architect per supervisione e progettazione tecnica. Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 8 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti architettonici e conoscenza della filosofia di design dello studio. Sono richieste competenze in software di design come AutoCAD e Revit, e la disponibilità a lavorare in un ambiente collaborativo. È un'opportunità contrattuale di 12 mesi.

Competenze

• Minimo 8 anni di esperienza professionale in design architettonico.
• Licenza statale o idoneità a diventare architetto.
• Portfolio forte con progetti internazionali.

Mansioni

• Coordinare progetti nelle fasi SD, DD e CD.

Overview

Studio Fuksas, led by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas, is an international architectural firm with offices in Rome, Paris and Shenzhen. Over the past 40 years the company has developed over 600 projects receiving numerous international awards.

In this light of innovation and growth, Studio Fuksas is looking for a skilled Senior Architect for Site Supervision and Technical Design with at least 8 years of experience managing the design of large-scale public and private projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FUKSAS’s design philosophy and contribute to the firm’s ongoing research with a proactive and passionate approach to architecture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Projects at the SD, DD and CD Stage
• Coordinate teams and mentor junior resources
• Ensuring alignment with FUKSAS’s design vision as established in the Technical Design phase
• Conducting on-site visits to oversee construction progress
• The role requires compliance with international project standards and local building regulations.

The selected candidate will work within a large, multidisciplinary team in a highly collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Partners, they will serve as FUKSAS’s representative, engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors to evaluate and recommend design solutions that best reflect FUKSAS’s architectural intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• State licensure or eligibility to become a licensed architect.
• Proficiency in RHINO, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successfully completed projects also at International level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles is a plus.
