A leading medical technology company seeks an experienced sales professional to drive strategic account management across Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, engage with senior leaders, and analyze market trends to create business opportunities. Candidates should have over ten years of experience, expertise in the Medical Devices sector, and fluency in English and Italian. The role is field-based with significant travel expected, primarily focusing on Enterprise Accounts.

You will shape and execute strategies for Stryker’s most important customers, including Enterprise Accounts, GPOs, and Private Groups. You’ll partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and equip the salesforce with the tools, insights, and support needed to succeed. In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution — from developing account frameworks and analytics, creating innovative customer solutions, to mentoring team members and representing the business with key stakeholders. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our commercial strategy.
Territory: Southern Europe. Travel: Up to 60%. Role Type: Field‑based. Base Location: Milan area preferred (within approximately one hour’s drive from the city); Rome alternatively. Any major city in Spain may be considered if the candidate has strong Italian language skills and an existing professional network.
