A global Employee Benefits platform is seeking a MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Engineer to design and develop BI solutions. You will transform complex data into actionable insights using the MicroStrategy BI tool, ensuring data accuracy and security. The role involves collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams, providing training on MicroStrategy tools, and maintaining high-impact dashboards and reports. This is a full-time position based in Assago, close to Milan, Italy.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in BI engineering or data analytics roles.
• Experience with MicroStrategy components such as Web and Developer.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse architecture.
