About the Company: fora U.S. based company leading in the digital healthcare sector, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and development of new integrations with complex clinical systems
• Troubleshooting integration issues with a data-driven and analytical approach
• Optimization and maintenance of existing integrations with a focus on performance and reliability
• Full stack feature development: backend (APIs, services) and frontend (React / Remix)
• Contributing to the technological evolution of the platform through the integration of AI solutions
• Designing and implementing process automations to improve internal and external efficiency
• Active collaboration with the Italian tech team through code reviews, design reviews, and regular demos
• Working in synergy with the product, AI, and partner success teams based in the United States

Must Have

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong technical background
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, React.js, Remix, or Next.js
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with integration systems, REST APIs, and scalable architectures

Nice to Have

• Experience or strong interest in process automation tools (e.g., RPA, task orchestration, workflow automation)
• Experience with AI systems applied to code editing and software development
• Knowledge of AI technologies (OCR, NLP, LLM, ML)

Location: Verona (VR).
