Senior Controller

COME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE

We are looking for Senior Controller with solid experience in complex and dynamic environments. The role will have direct responsibility for controlling activities across two divisions: High Tech and EMEC.

In this Senior Controller role you will:

• Full ownership of the monthly closing process.
• Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Supporting management with financial analysis and business cases.
• Monitoring profitability of projects, contracts, and business lines.
• Close collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Commercial functions.
• Driving continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or business finance roles, ideally in multinational companies.
• Strong background in Oracle / Oracle Cloud (preferred).
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
• Experience in the Logistics sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and result orientation.
