  • Manage the relationship with our specialized brand enforcement provider, ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective, and timely and accurate removal of infringing content and products.
  • Develop and deliver evangelization efforts (e.g. training, seminars) to internal teams and external partners on brand protection policies and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our attorneys on all brand enforcement matters, providing detailed case documentation, strategic recommendations, and ensuring alignment with global legal objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior management across Sales, Legal, Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure a unified and consistent approach to brand protection.
  • Conduct in‑depth market surveillance and analysis to identify emerging threats, key infringers, and new platforms requiring brand protection efforts, and regularly report findings to senior leadership.
  • Participate in managing Arduino’s IP portfolio, including trademarks and copyrights, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to pursue legal action where necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Brand Protection, Intellectual Property (IP) enforcement, whether in‑house within a global technology or consumer electronics company or a renowned brand protection service provider.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required to effectively engage with senior executives, cross‑functional department heads, and external legal counsel.
  • Demonstrated expertise in online enforcement and anti‑counterfeiting programs, including a deep working knowledge of the policies and takedown procedures for major international e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Brand Registry, Alibaba IP Protection).
  • Proven ability to manage complex IP portfolios and coordinate enforcement efforts across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in using brand protection monitoring tools and the ability to analyze enforcement data, generate strategic insights, and prepare executive‑level reports.
