The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles and will possess a Master’s degree in Business or a related field. We are seeking a Senior Analyst / Junior Manager to support the execution of the Transformation program across the business covering all main key functional areas and assist M&A-related processes.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Transformation initiatives collaborating with the company functional teams and external advisors; conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making and initiative detailing; prepare business cases, reports, and executive-level presentations; monitor program progress and KPIs; support effective communication across teams.
Assist with M&A-related processes, including due diligence, synergy analysis, business planning; coordinate inputs from internal teams and external advisors; prepare materials for leadership or BoD reviews; ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the transaction lifecycle; support post-merge integration planning and activities.
