A global digital support platform is seeking a Seller Customer Service Agent fluent in German and English to assist sellers. The role involves inbound and outbound interactions, providing guidance on account management while influencing seller success. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities. This full-time position is based on-site in Lisbon, with a monthly salary of €1200 gross.

Role Overview

We are looking for German-speaking Seller Customer Service Agents to support sellers on a global digital platform. This role combines customer service and sales awareness, helping sellers succeed by providing guidance, support, and solutions connected to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sellers via inbound and outbound interactions
  • Assist with account-related queries, tools, and platform usage
  • Provide guidance to help sellers improve performance and results
  • Apply sales awareness to influence seller success
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Meet service quality and performance targets
Schedule
  • Monday to Sunday
  • Shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotational)
  • 2 rotational days off
Requirements
  • German + English fluency
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in:
    • Customer Service / Customer Support
    • Telesales
    • Account Management
    • Customer Success
    • Business development–related roles
  • Sales mindset and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
