We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Skilled Softwarer with proven experience in programming and integrating automatic machines and a strong knowledge of PLC systems capable of developing innovative software solutions for industrial automation and process optimization.
• To examine the mechanical electrical and electronic failures in the production area as soon as possible to determine the root cause of each failure with EWO forms and to ensure the standardization of the measures taken
• To determine the critical machines for planned maintenance to specify the maintenance periods to prepare annual maintenance schedules to make the distribution of work to perform the activities by making material planning
• Before the commissioning of production vehicles to ensure that they are transported to their place in the workshop and pneumatic and electrical connections are made
• To make improvement studies and to give feedback for the non-conformities reported by the Quality department after machine capability studies
• To support the planning of machine and process capabilities release of the results initiation of improvement works and conducting tests in ideal conditions
• To support the test works performed during the final acceptance of the production vehicles
• To provide the necessary training support to operators in the preparation and realization of autonomous maintenance cards
• To manage the relations with the contractor and service providers to supervise and check the works done
• Providing support to Purchasing Department for the contact and assessment of the material supplier
• To follow the maintenance activities to be performed by the related company for the equipments covered by the warranty to provide support for the maintenance
• Prepare the critical spare parts list determine the and provide stock accordingly
• To create and spread occupational safety awareness in the team
• Ensure 5S compliance in the Maintenance Unit and working area
• Create and guarantee the use of SMP forms required for standardization
• To make the work plan of the team to ensure efficient working
• To support the budgeting of annual maintenance activities
• Reporting the maintenance activities to the management
