The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of SAP ACM experience and excellent communication skills in both Italian and English. Responsibilities include design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions, working with business stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with related SAP modules. Overview

SAP ACM Consultant (preference for Italian Speaking) – Remote

Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits in Italy if required)

Language Requirements: Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) Consultant to support a major agribusiness project, delivering end-to-end configuration, integration, and optimization of the ACM solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ACM within agricultural commodities, coupled with excellent communication skills in Italian for direct engagement with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP ACM for agricultural commodities procurement, sales, pricing, and settlement processes.
• Gather requirements and run workshops with Italian-speaking business users, translating needs into robust SAP ACM solutions.
• Integrate ACM with related SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, EWM, FI/CO, TRM).
• Configure commodity pricing formulas, quality management parameters, and contract settlement rules.
• Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams in Italian.
• Troubleshoot ACM issues, recommend optimizations, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in SAP ACM implementation or support (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of agricultural commodities business processes.
• Experience integrating ACM with MM, SD, QM, EWM, FI/CO, TRM.
• Ability to configure complex commodity pricing and quality-based settlement rules.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, especially with Italian-speaking users.
• Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in the agribusiness or commodity trading industry.
• SAP S/4HANA ACM experience.
• Exposure to SAP TM or risk management for commodities.
• Location: 100% Remote (occasional on-site in Italy if needed)
