A leading food corporation is seeking a country leadership role in Italy. Responsibilities include delivering sales targets, aligning distributors on commercial goals, and analyzing market performance. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in sales within a leading FMCG company and strong P&L management skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in the vibrant Italian market and engage with various distribution channels.

This is a country leadership / Distributor management role located in Italy for all channels : retail, convenience, and e-commerce for the Italian market. All brands are represented and developing with growth potential, supported by local distributors ensuring the planning, selling and activation at the customer level, in alignment with General Mills International Segment global strategy. Continuous optimisation of the Route to market model is expected.
