Employerland, on behalf of a global technology and services leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within the general market, with a focus on the Energy sector, which will be a plus. The candidate should exhibit strategic leadership, innovative sales planning, and effective execution to meet business objectives, with experience in the BPO Sector.

What you will be doing:
  • Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in the general market
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Market Analysis : Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage
  • Client Engagement : Craft and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements
  • Performance Monitoring : Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales management, in BPO
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the Energy sector
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 level)
