Responsibilities
  • Expand Wemolo’s brand in Italy and ensure every city uses our digital parking solution.
  • Present Wemolo to new customers, win key accounts, and generate sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build high‑quality sales pipelines by qualifying and prioritizing leads per segment.
  • Track the sales pipeline and KPIs using CRM tools and data‑driven analysis.
  • Continuously monitor weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and report them to the Country Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales Development and Operations to advance Wemolo.
Qualifications
  • Vocational training or university degree with relevant professional experience, ideally in sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Hunter mentality and proven ability to close negotiations.
  • Goal‑oriented, independent, structured work style.
  • Italian (C2) and good English language skills.
  • Valid Class B driver’s licence.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and attend regular meetings at the Munich office.
