The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in B2B sales, strong consultative selling skills, and is available for frequent travel. DIGI CORP is hiring: Sales Manager / Business Development (Italy & International, B2B)

We are DIGI CORP, a rapidly growing company in the AEC sector.

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand our presence across Italy and international markets.

What You Will Do
  • Develop new B2B business in Italy and abroad
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closing
  • Maintain, grow and nurture the existing client portfolio (upselling / cross-selling)
  • Work closely with the technical team and marketing to build tailored commercial proposals
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events, with frequent travel in Italy and internationally
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of DIGI CORP products and services
  • Contribute to the creation and review of sales price lists and ensure their proper application within internally generated offers
Who We Are Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales roles (preferably digital/ICT/services)
  • Strong consultative selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
  • Goal‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Available for frequent travel
