We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of up to 10 Major & Strategic Account Executives within the Benelux and Italian market, while carrying your own quota as a player‑coach. This a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll shape Libra’s enterprise sales motion, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of performance and collaboration. You’ll report to a Head of Sales and work closely with the local Benelux and Italian business units, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal Engineering teams to ensure your team delivers exceptional value to Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments across Europe.
Experience in legal tech or professional services.
This is a hybrid role, where you will spend at least eight days a month at our office, where you’ll enjoy the benefits of connecting and collaborating with your colleagues in person.
