A fashion retail company is seeking experienced Sales Assistants for their Sebago store in Scalo Milano Outlet. The role involves supporting customers in sales, managing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should have prior experience in fashion retail and excellent English communication skills. This is a part-time position with a fixed-term contract of 20 hours per week, offering growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Competenze

  • Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field).
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Who We’re Looking For

For our Sebago store in Scalo Milano Outlet, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the customer in the sale;
  • Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
  • Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
  • Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
  • Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);

Placement
