Join Atlas Copco’s Journey to Market Leadership in High Pressure and Gas Applications

At the beginning of , Atlas Copco established dedicated sales teams to accelerate growth and strengthen its leadership in High Pressure and Gas applications.

If you have a strong background in high value-added industrial sales and are eager to join a global company with a proven track record of success, this is your opportunity.

This role adopts a multichannel sales approach, working in close collaboration with Atlas Copco partners across the territory. Your mission will be to drive business growth by focusing on specific applications and gas technologies.

You will be a key contributor in developing High Pressure (PET) and Gas applications, including Biogas, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Sales: Prospect, acquire, and maintain high-quality customers within the assigned area. Achieve or exceed sales targets by following a structured sales process and identifying key prospects, markets, and opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage and develop customer relationships through regular contact, follow-ups on leads and referrals, and prompt responses to inquiries. Introduce new products and upgrades based on customer needs.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, and credit terms. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality checks and proactive follow-up.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a professional image and actively promote Atlas Copco’s core values—Commitment, Interaction, and Innovation—to enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with EPCs and OEMs. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Training & Development

You are expected to continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through training, professional reading, networking, and participation in industry events.

Reporting

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lost orders, closures, and performance against targets. Provide insights and recommendations based on field activity, including feedback on products, services, pricing, and competitive developments.
