A leading fire protection products firm is seeking an accomplished Sales Admin Lead to supervise and support the sales team. Responsibilities include managing sales administration processes, ensuring high-quality customer service, and forecasting sales volumes. Candidates must have a strong background in sales administration, be proficient in English and Italian, and possess excellent leadership skills. We are looking for an experienced and qualified Sales Admin Lead to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals and contribute to high quality customer service. The person will be responsible for the professional supervision, leadership & control of the regular and punctual flow of sales admin processes, with interdepartmental connections where necessary, but also monitoring and forecasting of sales volumes.
The person will be included in the Sales Admin Team and will lead and supervise its activities. In order to be able to proficiently lead and manage the work, the candidate will need to be able to also personally backup the end-to-end sales admin tasks. Additionally, the person will monitor sales progress, sales scheduling / plan in coordination with the Manufactuirng Dept., will supply forecasting, maintain sales records and effectively execute reporting figures.
When necessary, proficiently cover & backup sales management activities to ensure business continuity (order processing & acknowledgment, arranging collection with carriers, Incoterms, invoicing, etc)
