Overview

We are supporting a global manufacturer of dental solutions in their search for a Sales Account Manager to join their Italian team. This is a field-based role covering Milan and the Lombardy region, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

The role
  • Promote and sell a portfolio of well-established dental products directly to dental practices.
  • Deliver multiple high-quality customer visits per day, building strong, long-term professional relationships.
  • Implement call strategies to increase market share and achieve growth targets.
  • Provide hands-on product training and education to dentists.
  • Actively participate in key dental congresses, exhibitions, and workshops.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Southern Europe in marketing and management.
  • Contribute at regular sales meetings in Italy and across EMEA (English required for the latter).
The profile
  • 5–6 years’ experience as a dental sales representative; experience with leading brands
  • Strong selling and communication skills, with proven sales achievements.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage territory effectively.
  • Organised and structured, able to plan customer visits and deliver training sessions confidently.
  • Degree in pharmacy or equivalent background preferred.
  • Driving licence required.
  • MS Office proficiency.
