About The Role

We’re expanding into Italy and are looking for a native Italian‑speaking Sales Account Executive to drive the growth of our business banking division. You will promote and sell our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers, requiring excellent Italian communication, a keen understanding of business banking needs, and adaptability in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Your Mission
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new customer accounts.
  • Proactively support customers in using our products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction.
  • Help customers successfully onboard to ensure they can fully utilise our services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products.
  • Assist in the execution of cross‑selling and up‑selling initiatives to meet revenue goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance.
Your Profile
  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience).
  • Experience in account management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑centric approach.
  • Analytical thinking with a structured and results‑oriented work style.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and common office applications.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
  • High self‑motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
