Role Overview

We are seeking a Reward Specialist to co‑design, implement and execute employee compensation and benefits programs within the company, in alignment with our people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global/regional environment or consulting firm, with a proven track record in data analytics, reporting and HR information systems. Reporting directly to the HR Lead Rewards, the Reward Specialist will work closely with HR, finance and business leaders to ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost‑effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee perks.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark the organisation’s compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and peer groups.
  • Provide analytical insights to management on pay trends, pay equity and other reward metrics, and make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation‑related matters, including job evaluations, salary negotiations and reward policies.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, including wage and hourly pay laws, equal pay regulations, pay transparency and social security and tax regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for reward‑related processes.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to budget and forecast compensation‑related costs.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to HR leadership on compensation and benefits trends, issues and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits, data analysis and reporting, preferably in a global/regional environment or consulting firm.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to compensation and benefits administration.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with the Hay methodology is a preference.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • AI savvy.
