Job Description

Within the Itinerary and Revenue Planning Team in Pricing & Revenue Management, located in the Itinerary & Transportation department, we seek a professional who will be at the heart of defining revenue budgets, forecasts, and future growth projections.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical demand trends and complex performance indicators.
  • Support the company in defining demand and revenue targets.
  • Support revenue optimization for cruise and transportation services.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis to management.

Get things right

  • Take charge of developing and maintaining planning and forecasting tools, while actively seeking innovative ideas to enhance accuracy.
  • Cultivate robust working relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Guest Experience, Onboard Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Planning & Forecasting, Business Finance or equivalent.
  • Data‑driven approach with strong analytical, mathematical, statistical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and process large data sets, creating and maintaining analysis tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and quantitative tools. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and native Italian speaker.
