What You Will Do
  • Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for event‑related concerns; implement directives from Area or District Manager; drive operational excellence and team engagement.
  • Uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork in a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Champion people, technology and process to help the team succeed.
Team Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
  • Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and support District Manager commitments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and consistency.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements).

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or plane including overnight stays.
