A leading four-star hotel in San Teodoro is seeking a skilled Hotel Director to oversee all hotel operations. The Hotel Director will be responsible for managing budgets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high service quality. This role demands a strong leader with expertise in the hospitality industry to enhance guest experiences and explore innovative marketing strategies. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and fluency in Italian and English. The position is full-time and on-site, located in a picturesque area of Italy.

• Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning within the hospitality industry.
• Strong expertise in sales and marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
