As a Reservations Supervisor at Oetker Hotels’ Hotel La Palma Capri, you will oversee the reservations team, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and luxury booking experience in line with Oetker Collection’s standards and values.
This role is responsible for optimizing revenue, mentoring the reservations team, and ensuring that every guest’s journey begins with an exceptional first impression.
Supervises the Reservations team to deliver refined, tailor‑made service for high‑profile guests, handling VIP bookings and special requests with meticulous attention to preferences and privacy. Ensures all confirmations, modifications, and cancellations meet Oetker Hotels’ standards, while training the team across all booking channels. Coordinates closely with Concierge and Guest Relations to personalize stays, from yacht transfers to exclusive experiences, and manages the Concierge inbox during closure periods until the team resumes.
The Reservations Supervisor supports the Revenue Manager by implementing pricing strategies that maximize occupancy and ADR, while monitoring room availability, special offers, and rate integrity to align with Capri’s luxury market and optimizing the room plan to drive revenue. Trains, motivates, and guides the Reservations team to uphold Hotel La Palma’s standards of excellence, collaborating closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Sales, and Revenue Management to ensure seamless operations across all departments.
Holds a permit to work in the EU, is proficient in spoken and written English with an additional language preferred, and has previous experience in Reservations, Revenue, or Front Office/Guest Relations within luxury hospitality. Possesses a High School Diploma or University Degree, supporting a strong foundation for excellence in guest‑focused and operational roles.
