A leader in eye care is seeking a Surgical Equipment Manager for Sardegna. This role involves driving sales for Cataract and VitRet equipment while providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have a university degree and 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in surgical settings. Strong communication and consultative selling skills are essential. The position offers autonomy in managing customer accounts and the potential for relocation support.

• Strong knowledge of Cataract and VitRet portfolios.

Mansioni

• Drive sales performance across Cataract and VitRet equipment.
• Partner with Account Managers and Technical Service to run demos.
• Develop account plans for cataract and selected VitRet customers.
• Provide end-to-end customer support during sales.
• Generate demand through consultative selling and local events.
