An IT recruitment consultancy is seeking a Development Team Lead to oversee a dynamic web development team. You will lead the team, manage the development lifecycle, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of software development experience with strong skills in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue. This role offers up to €60,000 DOE and the opportunity for career advancement.

Responsibilities

Required Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a team lead
• Strong understanding of the development lifecycle and modern technologies (e.g., PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Vue)
• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Experience with Linux will be considered a plus
• Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver successful projects
