REGISTRATION STUDENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Reporting to the Registration Student Support Supervisor, the Registration Student Support Assistant assures the proper holding of all the secretarial back office and front office tasks supporting students and faculty in all activities involved in the courses.
Responsibilities
- Assures administrative supports to students throughout the academic career from matriculation to achievement of the title; the key activities of both procedures include study plans’ update, credits registration, transcripts of records, Diploma Supplement and original parchment of Diploma issue.
- Supports international students with all the requests related to the permit of stay issue and renew, fiscal code, health insurance, bank account opening, City Council registration.
- Assures the proper holding of all the activities connected to the enrolment and re-enrolment activities: reviews of enrolment forms and documents provided by the student and assures a proper information exchange between Admission, Administration and Registration office through the pick-up, the registration, check and archive of the documents provided by domestic and international students. Assure a follow up on the students whom documents are missing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Humanities studies or related.
- Fluent English (B2 / C1 level).
- Other languages (e.g., Chinese) are considered an asset.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel in particular.
- Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent planning and organization skills.
- Able to work under pressure, flexible and energetic team player. Good interpersonal skills to interact with domestic and international.
