Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing digital programs and campaigns to drive demand, while working with the wider team to provide marketing support and building our brand within the finance community.

These activities will include 1-to-many and 1-to-few digital integrated campaigns targeted at different segments of customers, developing other local digital activities and more, all based on a strong understanding of the local market. You should be able to independently spot opportunities and seize them to support our growth and have the drive to push them to completion in partnership with the sales team.

Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Fluent in both English and Italian
  • Experience using an Account-Based Marketing platform such as 6Sense, marketing automation and running paid campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Initiative to run local experiments and activities to increase growth and brand awareness
  • An experience of planning and implementing promotional and nurturing campaigns
  • Ability to evaluate opportunities and nurture relationships for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis
  • A pro-active approach to your work, taking the initiative and trying out new ideas
  • Strong relationship skills, building two-way relationships with internal teams : Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Marketing
  • A mindset of being a team player : great communication skills, collaborative approach and the drive to help others in the team
Nice to have
  • Worked alongside sales to build out sales cadences (in a platform like 6Sense / SalesLoft, or similar)
  • Grown a community of advocates through industry leaders, social influencers, influential HR and Tech leaders and Talent pros
  • A keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding strategy
  • Experience running / attending events (both physical and virtual)
