Overview

Refund Global Blue Tax Free Forms at a Global Blue Refund Point.

Responsibilities
  • Verify and refund Global Blue Tax Free Forms
  • Ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers
  • Prevent refunding mistakes and fraud
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Observe Global Blue policies, guidelines and procedures
  • The position may be part of a Downtown Cash Refund Office
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of refunded transactions
  • Refunding mistake ratio
Reporting and Collaboration
  • Reporting line : Refund Supervisor or Airport Manager
  • Mainly cooperates with :
  • Peers at same and other Refund Points
  • Quality Assurance
  • Refund Manager
  • Merchants’ staff
  • Sales organization
Background and Education
  • University degree
  • Helpful : a commercial background
  • Helpful : experience in face to face customer contact
