Since early 2025, Casavo has piloted a real estate asset management ancillary business line, aimed at re‑introducing the “cash offer” feature that it had launched as an “Instant Buyer” platform in its early days. This new business line leverages the distinctive granular residential know-how Casavo has built over the years, having managed 2,500+ transactions as a principal, to generate compelling returns for third‑party real estate equity investors.

In order to scale this business line starting with c. €50m of deployment in 2026, we’re looking for a Real Estate Asset Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build things hands‑on. You combine financial acumen with operational execution with a genuine customer‑first perspective. You are passionate about real estate, able to go granular when needed, and comfortable taking end‑to‑end ownership of a business unit and managing institutional investors and real estate stakeholders alike.

What you’ll do

Capital & Investor Management

• Capital Structuring – Support the CEO to refine Casavo’s real estate capital structure in line with BU strategy and growth.
• Investor Relations – Own fundraising, reporting, and asset management with the CEO, building long‑term, trust‑based partnerships.

Deal & Asset Lifecycle Oversight

• Deal Execution – Drive the full lifecycle of investments, from acquisition to return distribution, aligning all stakeholders.
• Renovation Management – Oversee the Renovation Manager and contractors, ensuring quality, timing, and cost efficiency.
• Portfolio Performance – Monitor demand trends with Sales Ops, activate corrective actions, and maximize absorption with Casavo agents.

Risk, Finance & Performance

• Risk‑Return Optimization – Enhance underwriting and sourcing to continuously improve portfolio performance.
• Finance Operations – Partner with Finance on ERP, accounting, treasury, and cashflow for full control assets under management.
• P&L Leadership – Support CEO and BU team on business planning, P&L review, and strategic initiatives.

Strategic & Operational Integration

• BU Integration – Ensure seamless interaction between Investments and Marketplace, delivering a unified value proposition to sellers, buyers, brokers, and investors

What we’re looking for

• 5–7 years of experience in asset management or similar, preferably in an Italian SGR context.
• Proven track record in residential real estate asset management.
• Italian native speaker, fluent in English.
• Location: Hybrid (Milan or Rome)
• Contract type: Full Time
