This Position reports to:

Quality Manager

You will join a talented high-performance team

You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy including quality culture, systems, tools and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solutions to problems. Collaborate with local functions that impact quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.

Responsibilities

• Being the key actor in the management of non-conformity incidents, cooperating closely with other business functions and suppliers.
• Acting as the point of reference for customers in the management of non-conformities.
• Acting as the point of reference for customers during process audits / visits to ensure compliance with working practices and procedures.
• Being responsible for managing all quality data accurately in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as part of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of quality control processes & methodologies and of Statistical Analysis
• Approximately 1/2 year of experience in quality. Highly adept in Microsoft Office; IT tools. Statistical analysis software would be considered a plus.
• Ability to communicate in Italian and English (level B2)
• Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects with a positive spirit, proactivity and teamwork
