Job Description DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Public Sector Business Analyst to be part of the DXC Consulting team. In Consulting we are partnering with all the DXC capabilities to co‑create innovative solutions and improve our customers and employees experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change‑management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions.
• Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).
• Help create impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.
• Assist in creating roadmaps describing as‑is and to‑be customer environments.
• Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.
• Shape, prepare, and deliver client presentations, workshops and proposals.
• Coach and support individual clients focusing on their personal success.
• Identify risks and assumptions and shape program governance.
• Participate in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics.
• Previous experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector).
• Italian mother tongue and good English (both oral and written).
• Relational and analytical skills, constant focus on goals, team‑working ability, proficient in Italian and English.
