Job Description

Project Manager – Giunti Psicologia.io, an EdTech scaleup within the Giunti Psychometrics Group. This full‑time, remote position reports directly to the CEO and focuses on enhancing execution, prioritization, and delivery across Content, IT, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple teams.
• Implement and run an operational framework, primarily using Jira.
• Monitor project progress and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Report directly to the CEO on operational performance.
• Drive process improvement and deliver efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Project or Operations Manager.
• Experience in digital, startup, or scaleup environments.
• Strong experience with Jira (or similar tools).
• Interest or experience in education/edtech.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
