A leading global retailer is seeking a candidate for the Store Design & Construction department. The role involves supporting the design of stores for BATA & AW LAB, requiring a degree in architecture/industrial design and strong skills in design software such as Autocad and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will be creative, possess good teamwork abilities, and be fluent in Italian and English. Opportunities for smart working are available after initial on-site training.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The candidate will be placed in the Store Design & Construction department focus on supporting the design of works for the realisation of the BATA & AW LAB Western Europe store retail and franchising. In addition, he/she will support in the development of BATA & AW LAB concepts and special projects.

KEY CHALLENGES

• Survey of shop/warehouse premises
• Drafting outline projects according to the BATA & AW LAB concept
• Discussion with Omnichannel/Franchisee for project definition
• Drafting of the executive project
• Support during final pre-opening testing

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Degree in architecture/industrial design
• Good knowledge of Autocad drawing programme
