Un'azienda nel settore dell'energia cerca un Project Control Manager a Busseto. La figura dovrà gestire attività di programmazione e controllo costi su progetti di costruzione di pipeline, collaborando con il Project Manager. Sono richiesti almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore Oil & Gas, ottima conoscenza dell’inglese e dell’italiano, e competenze in software di project management. Possibilità di progetti all'estero.

Posizione

We are currently looking for a Project Control Manager. The candidate shall be able to address all aspects related to Planning & Cost Control activities on Pipeline Construction Project reporting directly to the Project Manager and timely reporting to HQ.

• Coordinate timely scheduling and cost controlling activities, review and forecast sessions with project team members and Project Manager
• Reporting and tracking trends as they emerge
• Track, log, and close project issues and deficiencies
• Support Project Managers on Project Control activities (Work Statements, Schedule monitoring, reporting)
• Schedule and organize defined review meetings
• Obtain, review and analyze vendor progress reports/schedules in order to reflect updates and their associated impacts on the Overall Project Master Schedule
• Take the initiative to work with contractors, gathering necessary schedule insights in order to analyze critical path(s), schedule variations, and progress trends
• Coordinate the lessons learned as well as conduct lessons learned sessions with the project teams
• Ensure early preparation of the budget cooperating with Project Manager and Construction Manager
• Prepare monthly Cost Control Report to track Actual Cost, Committed Costs and Forecast at Completion Costs

Requisiti

• Good knowledge (written and spoken) of English and Italian is required, German would be an advantage
• At least 5 years' experience in Pipeline Construction in Oil & Gas sector
• University degree with 5 years of previous related Project Controls experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational and problem solving skills
• The position requires an individual who is able to handle a massive workload, short expiry dates with high impact activities
• Ability to professionally liaise with internal and external groups
• Possess keen attention for details
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills are required with proven proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Oracle Primavera (P6), Tilos
• Motivated team player, able to work with team members and meet deadlines

Work location: Busseto + projects abroad
