We are looking for a highly motivated Production Operator – Pastry to join our team based in Castelletto Stura (CN)!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate pastry products in line with company recipes and quality standards
• Support daily operations in the production of semi-artisanal items
• Operate and monitor a dedicated production machine (training will be provided)
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet aesthetic and hygiene requirements
• Ensure careful and high-quality presentation of finished products
• Strong manual dexterity and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Precision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality
• Willingness to learn and operate specialized production machinery
• Flexibility to work daytime or shift schedules, depending on production demands
