The Role

Job Requirements
  • Proven background as a Product Designer (or similar), with a portfolio showing end-to-end product design.
  • A deep interest in product, interaction, and visual design; eager to explore, learn, and experiment.
  • Creative and structured, able to tackle complex problems and dive deep into learning.
  • Energetic, hardworking, and proactive in finding opportunities and improvements.
  • Open to feedback and criticism, hands‑on, and always ready to support your teammates.
  • Fluent in English, with strong skills sharing ideas with designers, engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.
  • Able to balance multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with design systems and Figma components.
  • Attentive to detail, always striving for excellence.
  • Invested in business impact as well as design quality.
  • A collaborative, enthusiastic team player.
  • Creative and results‑driven, comfortable working independently or with others.
  • Believes in the power of simplicity—removing what’s unnecessary to focus on user needs.
Job Responsibilities

Advocate for users and create impactful solutions that balance business goals and user experience.

Make complex processes simple and intuitive for end‑users.
  • Identify and troubleshoot current usability problems within our platforms.
  • Turn ideas into user flows, sketches, and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma.
  • Conduct user interviews and testing, analyze feedback, iterate on designs, and follow implementation throughout development.
  • Follow and evolve our style and brand standards.
  • Stay up to date with UI trends and design with scalability in mind, while contributing to our design system.
