Dematic is looking for a PLC - Hotline Technician to be hired with a permanent contract at its premises in Cernusco sul Naviglio. The candidate will work as part of a team to manage, control, and repair automated solutions, primarily at customer warehouses, following predefined work schemes.

Tasks and Qualifications :

The PLC - Hotline Technician will :

• Develop solutions to address obsolescence in control systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across different plants
• Assemble, test, and start up new automated warehouses
• Communicate regularly with customers and colleagues on-site
• Prepare periodic reports on service activities

Who are we looking for?

A senior candidate with the following features :

• Interest in logistics supply chain and industrial automation
• Passion for electrical, mechanical, and software engineering
• At least 5 years of experience as a PLC Technician in automated production plants
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and integrating PLC functions (Siemens), inverters, scanners, and field buses such as ASI, Profibus, and Profinet
• Availability for frequent travel within Italy (40%-60%)
• Technical diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Controls, or related fields
• Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
