The Operations Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operational needs of the tour program, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners. The role involves managing operational details, maintaining accurate records, supporting trip execution, and assisting with financial administration, including reconciling invoices and tracking costs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
