Salary Range: $130,042.00 - $179,197.00 Salary

Job Category: Health Care

Responsible for management and supervision of the Nursing Department including personnel—Medical Assistant Supervisor, Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Registered Nurses (RN), Phlebotomists, Scribes, this includes the Manchester Point Arena Satellite Clinic. Ensures quality patient care and may assist nursing personnel/providers with procedures such as triage, patient intake, immunizations, and phlebotomy. Adheres to the California Nursing Practice Act at all times.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Current unrestricted License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
  3. Four years related experience or equivalent.
  4. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
  5. Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) certification a plus.
  6. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Current unrestricted License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  3. Two to four years related experience or equivalent.
  4. Ability to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  5. Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies.
  6. Able to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment using tact, diplomacy, and discipline.
  7. Strong charting/documentation skills. Electronic Health Records

  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  10. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  11. Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
