Responsibilities
  • Be the project lead for all the products launches from innovation to soft changes
  • SKU introductions management, from initiation (project definition) through to first shipment
  • Development of detailed Critical Path Schedule for each project in conjunction with brand teams
  • Accurate and timely completion of all documentation and integration/alignment of all forecasts throughout project
  • Coordination of the different departments to secure that the master data is correct and shared on time to the relevant stakeholders, upon creation of new products (whilst respecting the priorities of the business)
  • Regular review progress on all projects with brand & supply teams/maintaining initiative tracking document – flagging risks and escalating issues to the Management Team
  • Management of the residual stocks and packaging effectively during product changeover, ensuring any issues are well communicated to key stakeholders
  • Lead the Decomplexity meeting and ensure the realization of the actions
  • Management of SKU removals with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales teams in order to maintain profitable portfolio and meet SKU complexity targets within the year
  • Drive bar code, AW and Dangerous Goods signage conformance for unit and transit packaging with other departments
  • Own, drive and deliver projects to create value and drive productivity.
Experience / Qualifications
  • Master’ Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or related field studies
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, Supply Chain Management or Demand planning (preferably from FMCG industry)
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel & Power Point
  • Project management & Planning skills
